Gonna Be A Big Star

This morning, coworkers and I had a conversation about the merits of owning a crocodile instead of a chimpanzee, which obviously segued into the merits and pitfalls of being Sonny Crockett from Miami Vice.

From there, we posed an interesting question to one another: If you could lead the life of any fictional TV persona, whom would you chose (the character, NOT the actor/actress)?

I momentarily found myself torn between longing to be Mr Roarke from Fantasy Island or Buck Rogers. While the prospect of ordering a midget around using my sexy Latin accent and getting to peek into peoples disturbing fetishes was very appealing, it didn't stack up to 80s era Erin Gray in skin-tight "Futurewear". Not even close.
The future never looked so bright.

I had the most massive crush on Col. Wilma Deering in the late 70s and early 80s. She was smokin' back in the day. Come to think of it, she's still smokin' hawt.

Who would YOU be?

I wanted to be the Dukes of Hazzard SO badly when I was little. Daisy, Bo, Luke...not Boss Hawg though.

I always thought it would be so cool to work at the Boar's Nest. After working in countless bars over the years, let me just say-it isn't.

Oh! We used to play Three's Company too. And Mandy and Zaine always made me be Jack and I really wanted to be Chrissy. Bitches.

(Zak took my answer, but I will muster forward.)

I never really cared for the either of the Dukes of Hazzard, but for all points and purposes, let us just say I'd be Bo (because, well, my name is Beaux). I absolutely loved Catherine Bach and so each friday night I would be there in front of the T.V. set. But then again back in the day I also loved Marcia Brady, Mary Ann Summers and The Bionic Woman. So I guess I'd be Greg Brady, The Professor or Steve Austin.
These days I'm all the about the Terminator. Lena Headey is striking. (Sorry Lois)
